Description
Pastry 1 Decomalt/Isomalt for creating decor and garnishes for wedding cakes, special occasion cakes, displays, and plated items. It can also be used in making hard candies, coated products, chewing gum, chewy candies, baked goods and mixes, and ice cream. Decomalt/Isomalt has high resistance to humidity, long lasting flexibility, and superior shine. Stabilizing acids are not needed when working with this product. It will not crystallize and is easily colored.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68- 72F, 20- 22C)
Ingredients: Hydrogenated saccharides derived from beet sugar.
