Pastry 1 Almond Paste 33%, also known as marzipan, is for confectionery and decorative use with items such as petite-fours, chocolate interiors, modeling, ribbons, and flowers. Blanched cooked almond paste with 33% almond content. Ready to use.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72 F, 20-22 C); keep in an airtight container after opening.
Ingredients: Sugar, almonds (33%), glucose syrup, glycerol, bitter almonds, sorbitol.
