Come experience 2.5 to 3 hours of a hands-on gourmet chocolate class and demonstration. Each class will be led by John Neil, a professional chocolatier from Cache Valley, Utah and will include the following:

Pro tips for dipping/enrobing confections

Pro tips for decorating your dipped/molded chocolates

Other tips on taking your home made chocolates to the next level

A box to take home of your dipped and decorated confections.
