Neutral glaze for for brush and spray applications. Shiny and clear, pasteurized, with neutral flavor.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68- 72 F, 20- 22 C)
Ingredients: Sugar 62%, water, lemon juice from concentrate, pectin, potassium sorbate, vegetable oils (coconut, palm).
Applications: Glazing fruit tarts, cakes, danish, etc.
Directions: Add 50% water and heat to a boil. Apply with a brush or spray gun.
