A summertime favorite the Pina Colada is made by blending coconut and pineapple juices with rum. While our flavor does not contain rum, its tastes just like the drink and can be used in a wide range of baking applications including cakes and cookies. One teaspoon is sufficient for your typical cake and cookie recipe. This extract can also be used in butter cream and frosting and compliments both yellow and coconut cake.
Apex’s Pina Colada, Natural Flavor Blend contains propylene glycol, water, ethyl alcohol and natural flavor. This extract is sugar and gluten-free.
