Cangshan’s Kuro Series knives feature a full-tang build, ergonomic handles, and are forged from high-alloy Swedish Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel, renowned for its sharpness, edge retention, and durability. 67 layers of steel swirl the beautiful Damascus cladding which is reinforced with a proprietary heat treatment.
This well-crafted knife cuts loaves, cakes, and rolls without tearing the interior. It is also useful for other foods with a delicate interior; tomatoes, for example.
