Made from super-conductive Stainless Clad, the Roasting Pan yields juicy, perfectly cooked proteins with evenly golden brown crusts. With a more lightweight 3-ply construction, the pan is also easier to carry from oven to table—even while holding an entire 24lb turkey. Oven safe to 600 degrees F.

Designed to eliminate the most common turkey-roasting pitfalls, the Roasting Pan comes with a Stainless Steel Rack to elevate your bird or other protein, preventing it from getting soggy. A nonreactive, warp-resistant stainless steel interior is perfect for building sauces and gravies directly in the Roasting Pan, while specially designed handles allow the pan to be completely sealed with aluminum foil.
