Just 20g of this vanilla extract has the same vanillin content as an entire vanilla bean and provides complex aromas as well, with no sugar, caramel, or artificial flavor enhancers. Norohy uses Madagascan vanilla planifolia to ensure the high vanillin content in their extract, as it is the main aromatic component of the plant. The beans used for the extract are carefully chosen according to a strict set of specifications, promising you always get a strong, aromatic hit of vanilla.
