Inspired by an American blacksmith design of the 18th and 19th century, Smithey’s 9” carbon steel LIttle Farmhouse Skillet is a design you’ll use daily – for frying eggs, searing single proteins, or sauteing sides of vegetables.  Or use it to finish a larger dish – with a special sauce, fried shallots, toasted pecans, and more.  Smithey’s distinct combination of beauty and performance is as much a work of art as it is a cooking tool.  As with all Smithey’s carbon steel pieces, each is hand-forged by artisan blacksmiths, in Charleston, South Carolina.
