The Strawberry puree from Les vergers Boiron is mainly made from Polish strawberries, including the Senga variety, specially developed to meet the organoleptic expectations of industrial users. These strawberries are grown in open fields on sandy soil by small family-run farms.
To preserve the fresh fruit profile, a precisely controlled process is used to prevent any degradation of the fruit and to avoid the development of cooked flavors.
