LorAnn Naturals Chocolate Flavor adds the taste of real chocolate! Please keep in mind that these flavors, while concentrated, are only about half as strong as our traditional super strength candy oils or natural essential oils. Natural flavor in a base of propylene glycol, glycerin, water, caramel color, ethyl alcohol. Use In: Hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications. This flavoring provides 2X the strength of traditional extracts. Kosher certified, Gluten-free, water soluble. NOT APPROPRIATE for use in chocolates. 1 ounce.
