It features razor-sharp Japanese stainless steel blades that slice 1mm, 2mm, and 3mm thicknesses. An integrated non-slip foot folds out to securely raise the Nocutu so that you can stack more food underneath without jamming. The flexible finger guard does double duty – snap it on and it is a blade cover for safe and slimline storage.
