Take your knife skills to the next level in this hands-on class with Chef Cynthia, designed for home cooks who are ready to move beyond the basics. Whether you’ve completed Knife Skills 101 or already feel confident with foundational cuts, this class will expand your technique into the world of butchery and protein preparation.
You’ll learn essential skills like breaking down a whole chicken, trimming a pork loin, and filleting fish with precision and confidence. Chef Cynthia will also guide you in selecting high-quality meats and seafood and introduce you to specialized tools like boning and fillet knives—helping you work more efficiently and with greater control.
Beyond technique, this class emphasizes practical benefits: reducing food waste, maximizing value, and getting more from your grocery budget by working with whole cuts. If you’re ready for a more advanced, hands-on culinary experience, this class will transform the way you approach cooking at home.
