This premium quality sea salt is hand-harvested from a nature reserve on the Mediterranean island of Ibiza. Fleur de Sel is unique in its taste and texture, surprisingly mild yet strongly aromatic, the fragile crystals can only form in conditions of abundant sunshine, low humidity and gentle winds.
