Description
A single-varietal Apulian olive oil from the heel of Italy, cold-pressed from 100% Coratina olives, the regional emblem, known for its bold green bite and peppery finish. The oil is poured into hand-painted ceramic bottles fired by artisans in Andria, each one a small painting that outlives the oil inside.
The Coratina is intensely fruity, finishing with the unmistakable polyphenol bite of fresh-pressed oil.
Ways to enjoy
- Over warm bean soup, or beans dressed only with garlic and lemon.
- Finishing a grilled steak, fish, or a wedge of summer tomato.
- Bread, salt, and oil, eaten standing at the kitchen counter, when nothing else needs to happen.
Belongs with oils & vinegars, antipasti, and the slow, ingredient-led table.
Single-varietal Coratina extra virgin olive oil from Andria, Puglia. Hand-painted ceramic bottle.
