Description
The yellow Lemons of the Femminello variety used for Les vergers Boiron puree are grown in Sicily and are renowned for their juice content as well as the quality of their essential oils.
The lemon juice is carefully extracted to avoid pressing the white parts (albedo), which are a source of bitterness. The resulting juice is rich in zesty notes, closely resembling that of freshly squeezed fruit.
