Unwind and embrace the art of Italian comfort food in this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Michelle Pellegri. Our Low-Key Homemade Pasta Night is designed to strip away the intimidation of Italian classics, replacing it with accessible techniques and peak-season flavors.
You’ll start by mastering the fundamentals of fresh pasta, learning how to knead, roll, and cut traditional Fettuccine from scratch. Chef Michelle will guide you through crafting a vibrant Pomodoro Sauce, using the simplicity of tomato and basil to highlight your handmade noodles.
To balance the meal, you’ll assemble a Summer Panzanella, a refreshing Tuscan bread salad elevated with ripe tomatoes and juicy peaches. Finally, leaning into her pastry expertise, Chef Michelle will show you how to whisk together a light and airy Zabaglione—a classic Marsala custard served with a burst of fresh berries.
