Breville’s Luxe Brewer offers precise coffee brewing options that deliver consistently great brews with the touch of a button that meet SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) Golden Cup standards. Included are Cold Brew and Custom settings for you to set personal preferences. The integrated heat plate keeps the coffee hotter longer (up to 6 hours at 175°F) and the large capacity removable water tank is easy to fill. This perfect brewer also has included flat bottom and cone filter options to suit a wide range of coffee expertise and taste preferences.

The preset for cold brew brews at a higher concentration, creating a well-balanced base for your creations. Depending on the volume of water used, it can be ready in up to 30 minutes. Now you have the ability to brew coffee as the roaster intended. The personalized one-touch brew profile will automatically remember your settings for the next time. Custom set the bloom volume, bloom time, brew temperature and flow rate to create the perfect coffee for every taste.

Other features include a programmable timer, starting the brew up to 24 hours in advance. The water tank is fully removable with a large capacity (60 oz.) with an integrated Claro Swiss water filter, measuring lines and a wide lid for quicker filling with less splash-back.

Research has shown that different filter shapes bring out unique tastes. Cone filters bring out fruity flavor notes while flat bottom filters bring out more floral, nutty and chocolate flavors. Both options are included for you to choose your own taste profile.
