Mrs. Anderson’s pastry blender cuts in and blends ingredients for dough with the perfect texture and a uniform consistency. The multi-blade design works firm ingredients into progressively smaller pieces, then distributes and blends them into other ingredients evenly. Press it up and down to incorporate softened butter, shortening, lard, cream cheese, cooked potatoes, squash, and more. This blending creates lighter dough for pastries and other baked goods, flakier pie crusts, and mixes crumb toppings as well.
