Badia a Coltibuono is the most consistent authentic extra virgin olive oil produced in Italy. The olives used to make Coltibuono are handpicked and harvested early in the season and the oil has one of the lowest acidity levels on the market. Golden in color with greenish reflections, this distinctive oil is light yet tasty, with an intense fruity bouquet. Acidity level, harvest and release dates are stated on the label.
