Description
Developed in the Alsace region in France, the Staub French Oven or “La Cocotte” has been perfected for use with one-pot classics, such as stews, roasts, soups and casseroles. The traditional round design has self-basting spikes on the underside of the lid for continuous, natural basting of your food. Its black matte enamel interior is highly chip resistant and keeps the oven from discoloring. Enameled cast iron cookware keeps a dish warm long after removing from the oven and its intensely colored enamel give the Staub Cocotte an attractive appearance for serving directly on your table.
