Roxy & Rich Gold Highlighter Dust is a professional-quality, insoluble decorative dust which gives your creations a beautiful metallic finish. Use to elevate the look of your decorative garnishes, centerpieces, or showpieces.

Highlighter Dust is made of a mica base coated with iron oxide, which gives it a strong metallic finish and high opacity. The iron oxide coating is insoluble in water, setting the limited Highlighter Dust collection apart from the water-soluble Roxy & Rich Hybrid Luster Dust and Hybrid Sparkle Dust collections.

Ingredients: Mica Type III (E555, E171, E172).
