Description

The Wusthof Classic 8″ Hollow Edge Carver knife has a longer and narrower blade compared to a traditional Cook’s Knife. This allows for a clean cut through various types of meat. Its pointed tip is designed to easily guide meat away from bones, while the hollow edge contains evenly spaced indentations to create air pockets and reduce friction. This knife is ideal for slicing through a variety of produce, including starchy vegetables like potatoes that tend to stick to blade edges.

Forged from high carbon stainless steel with full tang and triple riveted handle for precise control, this knife also utilizes Precision Edge Technology for a 20% sharper blade with twice the edge retention. The polyoxymethylene handle provides comfort and durability, and features the signature red Trident logo. Complete with a full bolster and finger guard.
