Quickly caramelize sugar on crème brûlée or tarts without heating the filling using this culinary torch. Features an easy on/off trigger, efficient flame adjustment lever and safety lock. Torch burns for 60 to 70 minutes when full. Holds 64mL of butane fuel. Torch does not come filled.
