This maple edge-grain butcher block style herb board and mezzaluna rocker knife is the ultimate way to mince fresh herbs. In addition to the concave mincing bowl, the board has a flat side for cutting and slicing. The double-bladed stainless steel mezzaluna (included) fits the bowl perfectly and allows herb chopping within a matter of minutes. The board is 2.25″ thick with a grip groove for easy maneuvering.
Made in the USA with a 1-year Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty. Boos will either repair or replace a product determined to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, neglect, misuse, alterations or exposure to extreme conditions.
