Bake and freeze-proof, one teaspoon is sufficient for your typical cake or cookie recipe. In a commercial baking application we recommend a staring use level of 0.30% by weight of the dry ingredients and adjust to taste.
Blueberry Type, Natural Flavor Blend contains propylene glycol, water, ethyl alcohol and natural flavor. Like most of our extracts and flavors, it is sugar and gluten-free.
