Callebaut’s No Sugar Added Dark Chocolate Bar provides a genuine Belgian chocolate taste with no added sugar.
It’s pleasant sweetness comes from the sugar substitute malitol, rounded off with natural Bourbon vanilla.
Finished products made with this chocolate can be promoted with the label “no added sugar”, as long as the finished recipe doesn’t contain any added ingredients containing sugar: ex nuts/pralines, fillings made with artificial sweetener etc.
Comes packaged as an 11 lb. chocolate block.
