COUNT: one tube in the size of your choice, 20g tube or 8.5oz tube
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Water, Glycerine, Modified Corn Starch, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum, Potassium Sorbate (Preservative), Sodium Benzoate (Preservative), Red 40, Red 3, Blue 1.
NOTE: This is a water based food coloring and should not be used in chocolate or candy melts.
INFO: Directions: To add color, simply squeeze tube to allow the drops to flow into your batter, frosting or fondant. For a darker hue, add more drops. Made in the USA. Do not refrigerate. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Certified Kosher Pareve.
TIP: Color will vary depending on how much dye you use. Start with a little and add more until you get the desired results. Some colors will darken as they set up. We usually dye frosting a little ahead a time so it can rest for a bit before using them and to double check that the color is the right shade.
