Cacao Barry Hazelnut Praline 50% praline paste is silky-smooth, deliciously sweet, and has a unique golden color. This hazelnut paste contains only the finest caramelized hazelnuts, medium roasted for a rich flavor, and golden hue. It’s perfectly sweet and convenient for cremeux, mousses, ice cream, sauces, and more.
Ingredients: Hazelnuts; sugar, sunflower lecithin (an emulsifier), mono- and diglycerides (an emulsifier).
