Description
Hero Apri-Gel Firm apricot glaze adds a shiny, amber color with light apricot flavor to any pastry creation. Pasteurized and can be used with brush and spray applications.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 – 72F, 20 – 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and closed air tight.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, apricot puree from concentrate (8.1%), pectin, citric acid, vegetable oils (coconut, palm), potassium sorbate, flavoring.
Applications: Glazing fruit tarts, cakes, danish, etc.
Directions: Add 50% water and heat to a boil. Apply with a brush or spray gun.
